Kodama Residence Alteration and Upper Level Addition
Drafting Solutions LLC assisted the Kodama family with their interior alteration and upper level addition project in 2010.  The first story consisted of alternations to the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom spaces to upgrade all the outdated single wall construction to double wall.  A new interior stair was later added for access to a second story recreational office room.  More comfortable usable space was desired so the room was equipped with a new large walk-in closet and a full his and her bathroom.
