Chun Residence Deck Addition
Drafting Solutions LLC was consulted in August of 2013 to design a new second floor covered lanai deck for the Chun family.  Located on the top of St. Louis Heights, Mr. Chun wanted the new exterior deck to be able to take advantage of the fabulous makai view of the ocean.  The new deck enclosed the existing covered lanai and extended the floor and roof lines further out.  A new exterior stair, ceramic tile flooring, and metal cable railings were also installed for a new modern look.
