Oshiro Residence New Single Family Dwelling
Drafting Solutions LLC was commissioned to design and draft a new one-story 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family dwelling and two car carport for the Oshiro family in the heart of Palolo Valley. This new one story post and pier home featured a large open concept kitchen and island, classic gable roof lines with asphalt shingle roofing, wood laminate floors, vinyl windows, and craftsman style board and batten siding. The design blended the classical craftsman style with a new and modern contemporary feel.
