Sorensen Carport Renovation
The Sorensen family wanted to demolish their existing two car carport and redesign a new four car garage for additional vehicles.  They also wanted to add an office space above the new garage which connected to the existing house.  A city zoning variance was required for this project due to additional widening of the driveway.  Larger wood member glu-lam beams, steel posts, and fully grouted reinforce CMU retention wall were used for additional structural support.
